Here is a great website called Place2Be – where child mental health experts offer some excellent parenting advice on lots of subjects such as Family mealtimes, getting into arguments, Children not sleeping during the night and setting healthy boundaries at home.

Children’s Mental Health Week 2024 will take place from 5-11 February. This year’s theme is My Voice Matters.
As part of Children’s Mental Health Week we have planned many fun, different and exciting activities that we hope will promote a positive feeling for the children throughout nursery.
Looking after everyone’s mental health is so important whatever your age and here at nursery, we acknowledge this daily, offering a warm, friendly safe environment for all the children.
During Children’s Mental Health Week, we will be reading ‘The Colour Monster’, a book that helps children to begin to understand their emotions and accept what different emotions are and feel like also supporting them to be able to talk about their emotions. We will also be doing things like baking, gardening, yoga.
